All items are shipped individually to ensure the highest quality and ensure its perfect arrival from us to you. Shipping charges are per box, per recipient. We can bulk ship for volume orders (minimum of 12) of the same item - please call for information.

We are excited for you to receive your Pretzables package. Most orders will ship within 1 business day of order placement. Pretzables cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather conditions or unforeseen acts of nature and carrier issues. Orders placed by 12 p.m. EST, shipped ground, 2nd day, 3rd day and overnight regardless of shipment method, will leave our facility the same day of receipt in most cases. Orders placed after 12 p.m. will ship the next business day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will ship on the next business day.

In an effort to ensure that your gift arrives on time, we reserve the right to substitute packaging and product of equal or greater value.

Pretzables does not guarantee date of arrival. Please refer to your UPS tracking number for package delivery confirmation.

We specifically package Pretzables to guarantee it will arrive in perfect condition even in the hottest climates. Please select overnight delivery for warm weather destination where temperatures exceed 60 F. Pretzables cannot be held responsible for melting of product when overnight delivery is not accepted.
